Pizza lovers in the Rocket City will soon get a new blast of flavor with their pies. Before the end of the year, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria in Huntsville will be serving authentic wide and crispy New York-style pizza!

What sets Grimaldi’s Pizzeria apart? The coal-fired brick oven! Both pizzas and calzones come out of that oven perfectly crisp with a unique smokey flavor.
Soon, thanks to Power Brands Hospitality Group, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria in Huntsville will be bringing the Brooklyn-native pizza place to North Alabama!
The location is set to open in the Valley Bend Shopping Center in Jones Valley. Specifically, the pizzeria will be in what was formerly Mezza Luna, located at 2724 Carl T. Jones Drive Southeast.
Grimaldi’s Pizzeria in Huntsville will serve their famous pizzas, calzones, antipasti, salads and homemade desserts. Add a craft beer or a signature glass of wine—and viola—it’s a whole experience! Plus, the open-kitchen concept will offer a fun and entertaining element to the restaurant.
Other traditions that make Grimaldi’s pizza special include using only fresh handmade mozzarella, handmade sauces and handmade desserts like cheesecake! Dough is also made daily with a secret family recipe and hand-tossed every time.
